Overview

To celebrate the release of rapper and fashion icon Aminé's new sneaker with New Balance, we partnered with Portland design studio FISK to create some cryptic media assets to generate hype around the shoe. Aminé—who uses bananas throughout his branding—wanted something simple and to-the-point with these billboard visuals.

The end result was certainly greater than the sum of its parts. The billboard garnered heaps of social and media attention, most notably a slew of social content from Aminé’s fans, and a feature by local Portland news station, KGW.
